Frequently asked questions

Can I change plans later?
Yes. From your dashboard, manage your plan in Stripe with the Manage subscription button.
What happens if I exceed my plan's unit limit?
New units beyond the limit cannot be tracked in RentFix until you move to a higher plan.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel it yourself from the Stripe portal with Manage subscription. Paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period. See the terms of use.
Do my tenants have to pay to use the form?
No. Tenants simply use the form shared by the landlord.
When does payment start?
After account creation or login, from the Subscription page in the dashboard.
